Allele frequency = number of the allele/ total number of alleles

Allele frequency remain unchanged if the population is in equilibrium

Hence frequency of h alelle is same in generation 0 and generation 1

frequency of h allele in generation 0 is= (45*2)+(30*2)/(300*2)

= 0.25

Frequency of h allele in generation 1 is = (48*2)+(27*2)/(300*2)

= 0.25
