Standard reduction potential of H2O2 is 1.763 V

H2O2 + 2H+ + 2e- -> 2H2O Eo = 1.776V vs SHE

Standard reduction potentials of ABTS are as follows

ABTS+ + e- -> ABTS Eo = 0.67 V vs SHE

ABTS2+ + e- -> ABTS+ Eo = 1.09 V vs SHE

Therefore redox potential of ABTS -> ABTS2+ +2e- is 1.76 V < redox potential for H2O2

Therefore, H2O2 will oxidize ABTS to ABTS+
