Answer - poverty is that state in an economy when there is lack of employment and also , the overall economy goes in slump . The GDP of the country is very low and falling GDP rate . Following steps can be taken to reduce the poverty -
1) Create employment opportunities for youth so that they may be employed and can stand on their feet .
2) There should be an increased investment in the education of children so that they may get good education and they get good employment .
3) We should also try to reduce gender inequality so as to have equality in gender in every term . Like equality in pay , job equality and equality in access to everything .
