Build an Op-Amp Circuit Network. Note you only have a power source of 5V available.

  1. You have a voltage signal that latches at a constant 1.5V. Create a difference circuit to produce an output voltage of 2V. Put P/Ns and element values in your design. Show your work.
  2. From part a)’s output voltage, assign that now as a reference voltage (Vref) to compare to an analog sensor signal (Vin) that can range between 0V – 5V. Make sure your circuit includes hysteresis with a low threshold of 0.9V and a high threshold of 3.42V. Put P/Ns and values in all your components. Show your work.
  3. From part b), fill in the table below to determine the output voltage Vout of your designed circuit as either going to be HI (+5V) or LO (0V) based on the input voltage (Vin) of the analog sensor starting ranging from Vin = 0V and ramping up to Vin = 5V and then back down to Vin = 0V by increments of 0.5V (Vin = sawtooth profile) compared to the reference voltage (Vref). Show your work.

Problem 3: Design Problem On Figure P3a, you have a Common Source (CS) n-channel MOSFET amplifier. Notice the absence of a source resistor Rsig and load resistor R. If we know how the present amplifier (the one on Figure P3a) behaves without Rsig and RL, we can infer its behaviors if Rsig and R were to be added. design the amplifier circuit on Figure P3a, i.e., you have to find appropriate values for RGj You are to RG,, RD, and...
