Though i could not  frame exact formula

stock prices goes up by 10% and down by 10%

so

P is probability of upward movement U= 1.1

D= .9

P= 62%

and PUT is exercised   when

  • MAX(X-Us,0)
  • MAX(X-Ds,0)

So put can not be exercised from upward movement as clearly strike price is less than current market price.
