After collecting and organizing your information, you will be ready to write your report. What format should that report take? Which strategic aspects ought to be considered in determining that format? If you choose to use a formal report format, which prefatory parts should you include? Which subsections should you include in the introduction? How should the body of the report be organized? What will the ending sections of the report proper contain?

Since it is a replacement purchase, as a better management tool we shall adopt SWOT analysis report. Because it gives us room to put up facts first and allows and all round analysis. Using the analysis we shall represent a conclusion and also present to management our recommendations. For the clarity sake our report shall contain about 20 pages in word format and tables shall be used as necessary to compile data and statistics

It shall have following 5 chapters

1. Preamble /Introduction – the present requirement with some historical facts are written Ex: what is available now and what conditions are prevailing with the present sales fleet to carry out bulk sales activity
2. Market data compilation :This bars data shall contain our details of our 4 cars brand selection, short listed cars rates quotes product features and usage value
3. Analysis report: Now we shall embark on analysis there shall be 4 pages dedicated at least with headings of SWOT

Ex- 1 page Strengths: here we shall explain advantages the products chosen and simulating it with the advantages that bulk sales team shall get by those 4 cars specifically

Page-2 Shall contain weakness analysis: like the likely in built draw backs of the 4 cars chosen and how it can effect our sales team direct work performance

PAGE3- Shall contain analysis of opportunities that we get: like modern fleet features and its advantages we have to do our sales works with the new ones

Page-4 shall contain the threat factors like new product life efficiency performance and its impact to sales works performance

Conclusion: Now we shall concluding facts with our choice of solution and write about thought process that why ad what we should go for as a decision making with emphasis on right purchasing basics like what we are looking at is a Right value, at right cost at in right quantity with right quality.
