The response in case of targeted attack at downtown area needs to be rugged and as foolproof as possible.We need to have a very strong response plan in order to minimize the repurcussions of attack.

We have to address two issues namely-

(i) Human Issue

(ii) Economic Issue

The most important is to first address the human issue which will subsequently leads to mitigate economic issue.In order to save human lives,we first need to take help of social media to make them aware of the impending attack.In that manner they can be instructed to keep calm and composure in case attack happens.They can be advised to hide themselves behind some strong platform.Also Its absolutely essential not to run.As it may lead to some severe catastrophic incident.They should be provided assistance of Military in order to minimize the casuality.With the help of military the attack may be nullified.

At the same time we also need to address the economic issue for which we should ensure to keep all transactions online and close the operations immediately as a part of response plan.All such items should be least exposed.

In this way we may be able to efficiently and effectively take out the response plan.
