X' is gene for white and XR is for red eye.

True breeding white female is X'X' and true breeding red eye male is XRY.

So, cross between X'X' x XRY will give X'XR and X' Y.

Since XR is dominant over X', the ratio will be 1:1 red eyed female and L white eyed male.

So, the correct answer is option B that is 100 red eyed female and 100 white eyed male.
