Why does the water in the earthenware container stop boiling as soon as the pot is removed from the fire, and in the metal vessel it boils for a while?

Out of earthenware pots and metal pots, specific heat capacities of earthen pots is less, so they can't keep heat absorbed in them while metal pots retain heat absorbed in them that's why water boiled in metal pots keep on boiling for a while after removing it from fire using heat retained in it while earthen pots do not retain heat in them so water stops boiling at once.
