1. What is the least number of tRNAs you need to account for all the possible codons/situations for the following amino acids? Explain your answers.

Tryptophan, Leucine, Methionine.

Tryptophan is coded by only UGG codon, so only one tRNA is required for tryptophan

Leucine is coded by six codon that are UUA, UUG, CUU, CUA, CUG, CUC. So for leucine at six tRNA are required

Methionine is coded by AUG codon only, so it needs only one tRNA.

So in this case circular bacterial DNA is linearized and inserted into nucleus of eukaryotes. To adapt the linear DNA , the DNA must be coiled around the histone protein to synthesise nucleosome and chromatin. but to express proteins from the genes on this DNA the eukaryotic organism must need to synthesize the tRNA that can recognize triplet codons present on mRNA translated from given bacterial DNA. To transcribe the bacterial DNA, this organism need to insert promoter region that can be recognised by eukaryotic RNA polymerases.
