Answer #1

Make to order is when there is a production of goods started only when a customer confirms an order. This way the customer can get the chance to customize the products. When a customer make an order, a company then assemble the parts of the ordered product quickly and then sent it to the customers. Cycle time is the gap between what the customers require and what the process supplies. So, there is no need to prepare the forecasting as the products are made after receiving the customer's order.

Hope this helps :)
