Answer #1

Solution:

While setting up a manual HR system the information needed from the employee by the employer should be clearly specified. There is a particular type of information which is needed to be available with the HR for effective implementation of the policies of HR.

The fundamental aspects for setting up manual HR system would include the payroll information, the personal information and the financial data of the employees. These are the 3 wide categories which are required to be available with the HR and hence it is needed for any HR system to avail these options and collect such information from their employees on regular basis for ensuring updated information available with the HR so that it helps them in effective HR policy development and implementation.

These are some of the examples of what is essential while developing the HR systems which are manual.

In the quark model of fundamental particles, a proton is composed of three quarks: two "up" quarks, each having charge +2e/3, and one "down" quark, having charge -e/3. Suppose that the three quarks are equidistant from one another. Take the distance to be 1.48×10-15 m and calculate the potential energy of the subsystem of two "up" quarks.
