   2. What motivates you to work and to work in our industry?
   3. What characteristics do you possess that makes you want to work in this industry?

a: Most of the individuals work together and achieve a common goal as a team is known as team work. It is very important mostly for any field to get success. Because an individual can do only a single work at a time and cannot do multiple works at any given time in that case team work plays a vital role by including so many individuals and complete that task successfully.

For example: Think of a customer come to the hotel and order for something to eat. Right from greeting the customer to sit comfortably and arrange the ordered food and leave the hotel. There are so many individuals are involved, a single person cannot fulfil all the arrangements with in a short span of time. Where as a team can successful completes all those tasks with complete customer satisfaction is known as a team work. In this scenario its completely a teamwork success not an individual success. Here everyone plays a key role in performing their task. Everyone put their effort to satisfy the customer need. The team work that bring all the tasks to complete.

Yes, I am a team player because I work with all my team mates by complete understanding, willingness and compromise to meet the goal as a team.

b: Service to customer, that motivates me to work in the industry because service is a most important and crucial in hospitality industry. Ensure a satisfy service to any customer is not an easy job. It always demands a professional behaviour and commitment to perform the task.

According to me, hospitality is one of the great jobs that provides a satisfactory service and equal treatment to all the customer. Which helps me to work collectively and closely with different customers and helps me to improve and enhance my skills. The customer loyalty and thrive to drive the services of the company makes me to work in the industry.

c: Commitment, professionalism and customer satisfaction are the most influenced characteristics that drives me to work and also I pose the same characteristics to choose this industry. Hospitality industry always demands a committed staff to perform the job in such a way that delivers success.

According to me not everyone will be suitable to the job. Only the desired who are committed and flexible to do service with great patience and down to earth in delivering their job responsibilities are suitable for the organization.

Moreover, the job satisfaction is also important to perform all these tasks with time commitment and with professionalism.

d: How are you different from others and what we can expect from you?

Everyone has a unique factor through which they can inspire and encourage the people working around. As per me work is a great where we can learn so many things and at the same time makes others to learn. If you want me to explain how I am different from others:

• I am good at customer service, I have so many appreciations from the customers which encourages me to concentrate on delivering my best at work
• Commitment and flexible towards any work environment makes me different from others
• Most important thing is the communication that connects and attracts any type of customer

These are the unique things I strictly follow and deliver at work place. At the same time commitment and flexible to work at any time are the different qualities.

More dedicated towards work, good at creating healthy work atmosphere, supportive and motivating behaviour are the most qualifies features through which I bring difference at the work place

Develop the collaborative work environment with complete support and different way of delivering works are the extra things that I can do from my end.
