A coakition refers to the way in which different parties will collaborate which will prevent the dominance of a single party. This ensures that there is adequate representativeness and prevents overpowering by only one group. This is seen in the workplace where groups with multiple skill sets come together to make the best out of each rather than competing against each other. This way, they work together rather than work against each other. This helps to ensure that the goals are met and respect is maintained.
