Significant aspect of my life are:

Health: The natural and the spiritual both add to in general wellbeing. This region urges you to concentrate on the RESULTS of eating well and it's positive response.

Personal Aspect : This means focusing on oneself, for betterment of mind and for peace.

Work: Look to create aptitudes that will improve your personal satisfaction and discover assets that will assist you with evaluating your objectives.

Way of life : This zone is tied in with living cheerfully. This region likewise incorporates the material things you claim in your life.

Family : This zone worry about relationship with friends and family

:Things that are going well include my health, family and some stressors include money because I have many dues and EMIs to pay.

:Things under my control are-

-Physical Health: By doing regular exercise and controlling food intake I can maintain by physical health.

-Mental Health : By avoiding toxic people and by having positive outlook for life, I can improve my mental health.

-Money: By avoiding undue expenses on unnecessary things, I can have control over my monetary status.

:Things not under my control -

-Society : The way society function, I can't have full control on it. We can control ourselves, but it is not possible to control other people's thought.

Stressors and coping method -

:Work pressure stress include:

Having an heavy work load.

Working extended periods of time.

Having poor administration, no interestnfor your work, etc.

Coping method : Talk to loved ones, take out time to recharge myself, sleep well and take deep long breath.

OVERALL STRESSOR:

Technique to cope it: I talk about the stress going on in my mind to my friend or family. I go out for walk and breath in fresh air, this helps me most of the time.

When I use it: When I feel exhausted and stressed, mostly when I get frustrated by work.

Signs when I use to need it: When I feel irritated and angry by small inconveniences.
