NAG stands for N-Acetylglucosamine, Beta and alpha are showing the specific presence of -OH and -Hand bond orientation and 1-->4, 1-->6, 1-->5 are showing the direction of the bond or glycosidic linkage and on which carbon, the bond is forming. The attached diagram is showing different glycosidic linkages.
