There are many human resource management who still following unstructured and intuition approaches for selecting employees despite having the fact that structured approaches are more rational as compared to unstructured.

This unstructured and intuition approaches to selecting employees are dominating HRM practices.

in case of structured selection of employees the biases in the process of selection from gathering information about the candidate to the selecting can be improved .

on the other hand unstructured , it involve a different interaction between interviewer and the candidate and the purpose of this collecting data the cognitive processes, social worlds, and experiences that a candidate gain.

The unstructured interview also the overview of candidate that how they can tackle the problem that come unexpectedly. This quick solution to the problem shows the real capability of that candidate .

that is the reason why some practitioner are following unplanned interviews.
