Ethical Leadership
Consider this practice for the assignment as you discuss the similarities and differences of an effective leader and an ineffective leader that you have either personally encountered or researched.
To understand better about similarities and differences between effective and ineffective leader u should first understand little about what is ethical leadership?
Ethical leadership tells us about our moral , customs, how to live, how to live better, what to do , what are our identity , what we are today , what we can become with our morals etc.
So with this definition of ethical leadership there are two category of leaders effective and ineffective leader because ethics is always in conflict with belief, different interest and values.
1) Effective Leaders: Ethical leader is always be a effective leader.Many surveys suggested that qualities such as honesty, integrity, credibility, are potentially associated with a perception of an effective leader. These traits leads to be a good leader-follower relationship virtue like trustworthy, respect, unity , justice, service and humanity.
2) Ineffective Leaders: Ineffective leaders do not give value to morals and humanities although they have potential to build a good leadership quality . They are arrogant , breeches agreement for their own benefits.
