The soda company will be called REXX SODA which will cater to different segments of the soceity such as young teenagers, sportspersons, old age .The unique thing about this soda that will differentiate it from the other competetors will be the sugar content. It will have less amount of sugar so that health conscious people can also have it. The mission statement will be to "GO HEALTHY GO TASTY" . The business model will be simple - the production will be in the rural areas so that the land cost is less and the raw materials will be easily available. The company will send the Products to the carry and forward agent and then it will be transferred to 5 Different distribution points where from the products will be transferred to the modern trade and retailers. Business goals will be to to create a brand in the soda industry and also to have economies of scale. The short term will be to sell 1 million units of soda across region and to build a committed Organisation culture. The product will come into various flavours like vanilla, chocolate, etc. The company will focus on promotional activities like giving advertisement in newspaper and some pop up ads online. The company will have public campaigns to promote the product. The product will denote happiness and health consciousness so that all segments can buy it. HR structure will be very modernized where they will be responsible for hiring people and they will give their valuable input to have a sustainable business. The projected sales for the 1st year will be 1 million units , 2nd year will be 2.5 million units , 3rd year will be 5 million units. The profit will be 50,000$ , 120000 , 300000. The company will have a senior board which will look after all the production and sales managers.
