A bottle of "Cold Kool Catsup" is labeled as having 32 oz. of catsup. The bottle filling factory wants to make sure the filling machine is filling accurately. They do not want to fill too little and make customers unhappy, and they do not want to fill too much and thus decrease profits. At the alpha level of 0.05 is the process out of control? (From the companies data they estimate the population standard deviation to be 0.3 oz.). Using the sample data from the range A9:A53 and the cells in the spreadsheet run a hypothesis test and write a concluding statement.
