What we have been examining is medicine that is considered first-order kinetics; i.e medication that is taken on a regular basis that depletes from the body with a constant fraction. Every day, part but not all of the medication is depleted from your system. So, thinking about a graph of this medication where a constant fraction of the medication is metabolized per unit time, we might arrive at something like the following: 1 2 0 6 12 Time (hr) 18 24
Total 1st DoseTime Amount since 2nd Amount since 3rd Amount since 4th Dose Time 2nd Dose Time 3rd Dose Time 4th Dose Dose Dose Amount 6 6 0 6-2-4 14 5.5 18 7.5 4.5 Note that there will be no medication from the 2nd dose at 2 hours because you have not taken it yet and is also true for the 3rd and 4th doses. Therefore, rerens this information in the table

    7. Smokers are known to have about 50% higher CL than nonsmokers for theophylline. If the average observed AUC after administration of 300 mg IV theophylline in nonsmokers is 100 mg.hr/L, what is the expected AUC in smokers after administration of the same 300 mg dose? Theophylline undergoes linear pharmacokinetics 2. After administration of a single 400 mg dose of a drug, a linear plot of the serum concentration-time prorile on a semi-log graph paper showed a y-intercept of 1mg/mL...

Create a Bacteria class and run some simulations of results. Classes You will have to implement a couple of classes in this creating the classes with methods as given will help quite a bit when it comes to finishing up this program. The methods given here have to be implemented as given, however, you...

just one example/demonstration! Data needed to be calculated is in highlighted in green boxes. And I highlighted in red an equation (not sure if thats what you use to calculate it) And ignore the lab instructions on completeing a graph!! I already know how to do that in excel, just curious how Ln (relative rate) and 1/T in K^-1 is calculated by hand* here is the rest of that lab leading up to the question as I know its typically...
