1. The rate at which distillation is carried out is of much importance as the slow rate will give product in purer, mixing may occur at quick heating. In case of rapid distillation, the flow of gaseous material into the condenser in faster and may cause entrainment.

3. Vial needs to be capped tightly in order to remove any kind of error by the atmospheric moisture or as hot sample can get evaporate slow and to reduce the loss we need to cap it.

4. temperature has high impact in gas chromatography. Only when the compound is in the vapor phase can the mobile phase push the compound along the column to the detector. Very volatile compounds will not interact with the column phase if the temperature is too high above the boiling point.

5.  Air drawn into the syringe can lodge as minute bubbles sticking to the wall of the barrel.
