HRM is a well defined management which is responsible for the growth of any organization. It does not manage only employee but apart this organization's environment,society,surrounding and the entire office area well managed too.

Purpose of study and back ground of study -- Study gives us better understanding about the area of employees commitment.This is the key dimensions of employee commitment. The company get the idea of employees whether they are loyal or do fair practices.

objectives of study -- The objectives of the study to well defined employee for the company welfare as well as for him. To attain maximum gain in company, employee should be properly managed.The environment must be ethical,loyal because today in competitive market everything is open. HRM has to manage the environment to hold a employee. HRM should create new ideas for well talented employees.

Variables and Hypothesis of study -- variables include supervision, pay scale training etc The HRM is associated with employee in the relational basis as both have to select wisely. Today employee favor commitment from HRM. Hypothesis is the result of employees  higher practice of compensation automatically job satisfaction will increase. job satisfaction will increase the interest of turnover will loose.

Design and execute the study -- The study must designed naturally. HRM has to give the space and provide different facilities to employees as time to time incentives etc. HRM is responsible for execute the matter because it act as a middleman between employee and employer. HRM should be reliable for the employee.

Sampling and Data collecting method -- sample has to be choose from the area around me. We will collect information from various sources that we arrange in man power section. we will distribute questionnaire that relate to organizations welfare as well as for the employee too.
