The principle of de-isolation aims to remove the discrimination towards disabled individuals from getting isolated in the workplace and treated differently. It protects human rights and support the disabled individuals to stay protected and be safe in the workplace. This principle is applied in Israel for protecting the physically disabled and challenged employees, by removing the isolation state and to help them work with integration without feeling discrimination from employers or other members.
