The main service differentiators in adding valued services and improving the quality of a physical product are

  • “ordering ease” : how easily a costumer can place an order ?
  • “delivery” : how fast, accurately and well the order is delivered to the customer?
  • “installation” : it relates with the effort carried out to make the order operational at the customer’s preferred place. (for example, installation service for an AC)
  • “customer training” : educating the customer on the usage of the product.
  • “customer consulting” : generally a seller offers important information on the buyer’s choice which meets the buyer’s requirement.
  • “maintenance and repair” : it is one of the important consideration for a customer in terms post buying what kind of service program will be offered to the customer?
  • “returns” : in case of any order fault, a customer can return the order with a stipulated time ( as per the company policy). This generally happens in online shopping.
