control of microbial contamination is very critical and problematically, the process of drug manufacturing is more difficult, the approach of microbial control problem is due to the facility use of chemical antimicrobial products by concentration and frequency.

1. lab exercise is important because when the bacteria are growth then we can identified them and also treat them properly, generally chemical agent are not intend to achieve sterilization. they are used to reduce the microbial population to keep safe or remove the pathogen from products. they kill the microorganism in shortest time without any type damaging of material.

2. the selecting of disinfectant or antiseptic should be treated the weather the agent are bacteriostatic or bacteriocidal, weather organic material will be present

Phenol :- It is one of the chemical which are first use for disinfection and it inhibit the helicobacter pylori growth by oral streptococci and the zone of inhibition is in millimeter.

Chlorine :- Chlorine is used as sodium hypochlorite (bleach). It is available in dairies, slaughterhouse, and restaurant

Soap and detergent

Alcohol

Heavy metals

Etc.
