Ans. Genotypic analysis with a probe for heavy chain immunoglobulin gene can be utilised for the demonstration of presence of B cell lymphoma. Southern blot analysis can be utilised for clonal rearrangement of the lymphomas. Southern blot analysis performed on lymphomas gives a better idea about the gene cleavage and uses the insertion of probe for a determination of the lymphomas. The innate and adaptive mechanism works hand in hand. Innate mechanism identifies the pathogens and the adaptive mechanism utilises the T cells and B cells for targeting the pathogens. Thus adaptive mechanism provides flexibility and immunological agility for targetting the pathogens whereas innate mechanism helps in targeting the pathogens.
