Incineration is the sterilization method in wgich dry heat is used and material to be sterilised is heated to extremely high temperature which oxidises cell and burn them completely to ash. Incineration is performed mainly on bench top incinerators to sterilise the innoculation loops or other metal instruments to be used in LAF.
