Answer #1

similarities

origin of replication is necessary

both helicase enzyme is used for the unwinding of DNA

both use polymerase enzymes for its replication

elongation of DNA occurs in 5' - 3' direction

leading and lagging strand occurs

differences

in prokaryotes, replication occurs in cytoplasm while as occurs in the nucleus in eukaryotes

prokaryotes have fast replication than eukaryotes

prokaryotic DNA contains single ori (origin of replication) while as, eukaryotic have multi ori

replication is bidirectional in prokaryotes while as unidirectional in eukaryotes

..

yes

eukaryotic replication has a proofreading system, high fidelity and DNA repair mechanism etc.
