1. The factors that motivate the employees are:

  • Recognition and Appreciation
  • Company Culture
  • Autonomy and Flexibility at Work
  • Good Salary
  • Supporting Colleagues and Manager
  • Job Security
  • Career Advancement options
  • Management Concern towards Employees
  • Perks and Incentives

2. The Pygmalion effect is also known as the Rosenthal effect which is the concepts of self-fulfilling prophecy. It is a phenomenon in which a higher expectation leads to improved performance and Golem effect is where lower expectations lead to lower performance. It is a cyclical process in which our beliefs and other belief result in our actions.

3. The factors that fit jobs into which the employees prefer are

  • passion
  • attitude
  • personality
  • comfort level
  • needs or desires
  • satisfaction in doing the job

According to Myer Briggs Type Indicator, there can be16 types of combinations which are suitable for jobs like ESTJ for supervisors, ISTJ for accountants, ESTP for detectives, ISTP for mechanics, ESFJ for elementary teachers or child care, etc.

4. There are 4 types of personalities: F, T, G, W type

F type are extroverts and emotional, who always stay motivated

G type are the extroverts, rational with high self-expectation

T type are people who are introverts, attention-seekers and need acknowledgment

W type is introverts but rational

F type of people is the most motivated. Their needs are realistic and funloving and they are interest driven, entertainment driven, environment and public opinion driven.

5. According to Barton (2013), Premack's principle, is the relativity theory of reinforcement, that states more probable behaviors (activities) will reinforce less probable behaviors (activities).
