I have applied human motivation theory which is propounded by McClland's . My performance greatly motivated by three prespctive . 1. Achievement needs , 2. Affiliation and then power needs. Achievement needs make more enthusiastic and passionate towards success . Achievment motivated person become more dedicated , persistent , hardwork and deligent. They are tend to get delayed gratification. They are so passionate to get success and gives their best effort to any task.
