Being a servant leader was modeled by biblical characters such as Jesus and Paul, who were equally as effective as being leaders. Should oragnizations require that their leaders be servant leaders? Why or why not?

The organisations require that their leaders to play a role of servant leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and success. Practicing servant leadership in organisation generates employee’s trust, which may be inspired by the character, competence, and convinced by their manager's serve-first practice that their best interests at heart. They are focused on uplifting and empowering those who work for them. A servant leader targets on the growth and well-being of individuals and the society to which they belong by its people. When a business empower leaders to do their best work, it consequently results to more trust, higher engagement, increased innovation and stronger relationships with team members and other stakeholders. Therefore an organisation should have their leaders be servant leaders
