Research contract law. Your task is to find a court case that deals with a violation of a contract. This may be between provider and patient, or can be between provider and an employer such as hospital. Write a 1-2 page summary of the case including all pertinent information. Make sure to include both parties involved, terms of the contract breached, and the resolution.

I have a live example of a case which has occurred during my posting in oncology department . The Patient is a case of leukemia ,has ( BCR-ABL positive ) which is a high risk case . The patient took treatment , wasn't in remission after induction . In the consolidation phase he relapsed and within two days he expired . The patients relative became angry and came to attack the physician which was violation of the law and gave case against the physician saying that he does not have the knowledge to treat people , he is a fraud . It resulted in defamation of the physician . However it was resolved in the court after having verification of the reports of the patient by another Physician .
