Applying Evidenced-Based Universal Pressure ulcer prevention is the best approach to conduct this study.

1.2) List 3 (three) sources of information that you would use for this study

  • National Pressure ulcer Advisory panel
  • Data of National Health service wound specialist.
  • Care Quality Notification incident.

1.3) Describe 2 (two) ways to validate the information sources you referred

One way the data can be validated using previous findings or peer-reviewed journals. Another way is the cross-validation of the multiple data sources to validate the current information.

1.4) Briefly describe four (4) cultural and ethical considerations for research

  • Informed consent is a major ethical issue in research. Obtaining informed consent from the participants to protects the patient's autonomy is important in the research study.
  • Do not harm the patient is another important ethical considerations. The research process does not harm the patient from any point of view. it should not cause any potential risk to the patient.
  • Respect for privacy: Participant's private information should not share at any cost. The patient attitudes, beliefs, opinions should be considered.
  • Respect for anonymity and confidentiality: The information gained from participants should be protected and kept confidential. The psychological and social implications must also consider in maintaining of anonymity and confidentiality.
