My plate guide is a healthy eating style that built for a
complete lifespan. It contains healthy resources with 2020 dietary
guidelines for American individuals to meet the needs of nutrients,
calorie and make positive eating choices. It was divided into four
sections, which include grains, vegetables, fruits, protein
accompanied by a diary that includes a glass of milk or yogurt 1
cup. Grains should be 30% whole grains make it half of your
choice.
Fruits should be 10% that should be whole fruits.
Vegetables should be 40% that with different varieties.
Protein should be 20% with different proteins.
Diary should be low-fat milk or yogurt
Select one of your 24 hour (1 day) food records. Visualize your intake over the day as food categories on a plate. Describe how your intake compares to the My Plate graphic.
