1). The objective of healthy people 2020: AHS-6: Reduce the proportion of persons who are unable to obtain or delay in obtaining necessary medical care, dental care, or prescription medicines.

It might be the most useful objective for the patients with chronic illness because the chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer and other diseases require regular medical supervision to avoid the serious consequences. For example, a hypertension patient with pain in the left shoulder and chest region require immediate medical care to prevent the heart attack. A diabetes patient requires regular monitoring of the functioning of vital organs to prevent the organ failure and developing infections.
