Answer #1

There are new developments every day; whether a problem or their solution. Technology in the healthcare sector can range from digitized health care records to advanced treatment procedures, all aimed at creating a more efficient and effective healthcare environment. In order to continually provide excellent healthcare to patients, medical practitioners are expected to keep abreast of latest researches and evidence and new developments in technology as well as they have to work according to the present situations by gaining new knowledge from the latest research.

Take the case of the Ebola virus. This virus was discovered in Africa about four decades ago but took an almost epidemic form last year. It raised the eyebrows of all the medical professionals and scientists from around the world. Apt measures were taken and much research has been done since before coming to a veritable solution on this issue.

Doctors have to come across these new problems every day and it is always important to have knowledge and insight into the latest developments. At times continuing your medical education they have to gain new knowledge by their experiences and doing research. They have to up to date in their knowledge day by day because new diseases and technologies are coming and the number of patients is increasing. They are up to date on the latest research and much confident in applying the most suitable evidence-based practice for good results.

To be confident and satisfied and as well as to make the patient and customers be happy without any further health-related issues the clinicians and all the medical professionals have to stay with the latest evidence and apply it in practice for a good result.
