0 In my interview with a nurse i understood that their shedule alters often from what was originally projected. Work shedule in health care is important and majorly shift work is seen in hospitals. And the shift work vary from time some may work 5-8 hrs Iday, 4-10,3-12 hre some work for 40 hours per work. Their shifts change and ratation is seen in nurses. factors responsible for the se changes: - * Due to shortage of nurses extended work shifts is seen to provide care to the patients. shift or schedule change may be due to emergency conditions → If the nurse who is to work is anable to work her shift, then the schedule may - change. >If one is working in ER then during surgeries their schedules may change to accomidate the condition
