Difference between non compete and non closure agreements

Non-compete agreement

               * It is a contract law in which one group or party of people mainly employees make

                 an agreement that they will not enter into a similar profession or do not start same

                 business against the other group or party (mainly employers).

               * Use of this law to avoid the chance if one party begin same business by taking the

                 advantage of informations from the previous party where they worked earlier.

   Non - closure agreement.

               * It is a legal contract in which two parties or groups share some of their material

                 knowledge or infomation for specific purposes and they want to restrict access

                 of this type of information to third parties or groups.

               * It help to maintain confidential relationship between business groups and used in

                 health care as doctor-patient confidentiality.
