(eg; cytomegalovirus,mycoplasm pneumoniae.)
* Immune system (cell mediate and humoral) begin to attack on pheripheral nerve
myelin proteins which are substances that the speed the conduction of nerve impulses.
* This autoimmune reacton result in acute,rapid segmental demyelinaton of pheripheral
nerves and cranial nerves.
* It result in produce ascending weakness with dyskinesia (inability to do voluntary movements)
hyporeflexia and parasthesia (numbness).
