Health care the most crucial thing needed for a patient at life threatening situations.The resources which are available for health is limited or scare.So it has to be rationed before to get its benefit when needed.Most of the scare health resource is rationed in one or the other way in US.Rationing can help to meet the sky rocketing price .Most of the time it is privately financed so people get what the employer is affordable to insure for.
