In some states, if a person has been diagnosed with a terminal disease, a patient can be declared dead by registered nurses. In other states, only medical doctors are allowed to make the determination that someone has expired. What do you think? Should a registered nurse be allowed to declare someone dead? Why or why not? Explain your answer.

No i dont think so that a registered nurse should be allowed to declare someone dead because if they could do that all the states in the first place would have allowed regiested nurse to make this decisions.

There are some differences between a nurse and a doctor although nurses do know diagnosis and treatment but the detailed physiology won't be understood properly by a registered nurse to the extent of.a doctor.

There might be some solution an MD knows and can survive the patient.
