answer-

Walmart is known for its lower priced products and high quality products which is the main reason that consumers purchases from Walmart stores. the potential resistance from stakeholders to changes made to Walmart could be if Walmart started to increase its prices of products then stakeholders like customers would like to lower their purchase because the main reason for their shopping has been changing with increasing prices.

From employees perspective, if Walmart makes changes in their salary structure or other employment benefits like lowering their compensation or increasing their working hours then it could cause resistance to that changes. because Walmart is known for giving employment for thousands of employees and if the Walmart wants to cut down its human resource cost for that it could cause potential to resistance.

The strategies which can overcome the resistance is to Use CRM to maintain the customers in the company and solve their problems and act on that. if customer is not satisfied with the quality or prices of the product after change then try to solve their problem. as for employees, give them reason to stay in the company by motivating them. give them incentives for doing good performance, praise them , do give chances of promotion because some employees value position rather than high salary.
