the drug that has been infused is 750 ml. This is the volume for which iv infusion rate needs to be found out.

the time in which drug infused is 4 hours or 4x60 = 240min

drop factor is 15gtt/ml

flow rate = volume of drug(ml) / time(min) x drop factor (gtt/ml)

flow rate = 750/240 x 15 = 46.8 or 47gtt/min
