1) In the United states the law stated that vaccinations are required for children entering school unless they have a valid reason that prevents then from recieving the vaccinations starting when the child is born and they begin the regimen of vaccination that continue throughout the adolescent years and adulthood and each year children receive a variations of shots to protecct them from the disease they will encounter in the world.vaccination is not only provide a direct benefits to the person immunized but also protect the community at large and when almost all members of a particular populations are immunized , infectious diseases cannot take root so when a healthy child or adult refuses vaccinations it puts others at risk and makes it more difficult ti fully eradicate the disease and the main ethical dilemma with regard to the vacccinations is it manadate vaccinations even when parents or individuals refuse vaccinations? the vaccine laws in the US that there is no federal laws in the united states regulating vaccination laws concerning vaccinations are passed at the state levels laws are different from state to state. b)The decisions of parents to not vaccinate their children and the danger that decision poses to others that danger is undeniably real that the parenal choice not to vaccinate can directly harm other children and increase the risk of outbreaks and the primary risk of this is borne by the child and living in a first world country with high vaccination rates may offer that child some protection through community immuntiy unvaccinated children are at much higher risk of vaccine preventable diseases.
