Brittany Maynard a 29-year woman choose the choice of Right to die after suffering from a terminally ill brain tumor. She can be alive for six months but she didn't want to suffer from terrible pain and to make suffer of her family. So she takes advantage of Die with Dignity Law. She says no one has the rights to take away the option of Right to die from terminally ill patients.

Health care is a fundamental Human Right. Everybody has the right to access basic medical services irrespective of age, sex, nationality, religion, race, color etc. Having insurance in order to get access to care will not be acceptable. Many of the U.S people have low or loss of income, unemployment, poverty who does not able to pay high premiums. Besides, the insurance market is more competitive which increases the health care cost. Uninsured have lack to access to have quality care at an affordable cost. The health care system has to be reformed with the universal health system so that the basic medical services can be offered to all people at an affordable cost. Most of the countries with Universal health system has offered basic care at free of cost.

3. What about when resources are limited?

Health care policies must allocate resources equally to all at the microlevel. Health care resources must be limited and always meet the exceeds of demands. Health Professional should utilize the resource's maximum and develop a framework for the optimum utilization of resources. Health care must utilize an effective model in the allocating of resources and increases the benefit of the patient.
