  • family history of client about obesity.
  • lifestyle of client.
  • any substance abuse or habits like alcohol, smoking or any other addiction.
  • eating habit of client.
  • any diet plan.
  • diet preferences like sweets, fastfood,beverages, nonveg etc.
  • habit of skipping diet with tea or coffee.
  • type of job.
