I really need help understanding/interperting this graph. the question is : how much of mortatality rate for CVD can be reduced if people are most fit in CRF compared fo one with least fit? (answer for both men and women)

Mortality rate for CVD in Men can be reduced if men are most fit compared for one with least fit=0.75-0.53=0.22

Mortality rate for CVD in Women can be reduced if women are most fit compared for one with least fit=0.53-0.3=0.23
