Select an example, from work or real life, in which training is needed. How would you utilize technology to improve your training effectiveness? Please be specific on the technology used and the justifications for your choice.

Actually I have seen an organization in which various new employees have been admitted so those new employees don't have the required knowledge of how to handle the different types of work and situations in the organization therefore such employees have to be provided training so that they can become efficient and can give out their best efforts in the job.If I would have been a part of that organization then I would provide training by first understanding the employees that how much knowledge they already possess and then I will start the training process.Thus if the employees possess good knowledge then technology for training will be totally dependent on that. For some employees latest technology will have to be used and for some employees simple technology will have to be used.It entirely depends on how much skilled and efficient the employees are. We cannot use the same type of technology for all the employees because everyone's capability and efficiency is different and unique.
