Many evaluations start by looking at program objectives and scoping an evaluation to determine questions that need to be answered. Write two objectives or evaluation questions. Then, describe how an evaluator may attempt to measure the objectives or answer a the questions you wrote.

Two objectives of evaluation are,

           1. Make judgement about effectiveness of the program.

           2. Make or plan future decisions based on the results of program.

Evaluator can measure the objectives through,

           1, To make good judgement about a programe evaluator should check the collected data

               meet the main objectives of the program and evaluate positive and negative responses

               from the audience or beneficiaries of this program.

           2, After keen observation of advantages and disadvantages of the program evaluator can

               plan about need of this program for future.
